In early 2005, after all the new recreational facilities
are put in place, the homeowners association fee
will be increased by approximately $69 per month. |
This $69 per month increase is an ''S.I.D.'' (Special
Improvement District) fee, which every homeowner
will pay as an $8,000 assessment over a 17 year
period. It is my view, paying $139 or so, per month
to live in a community like this, will be WORTH IT!! |

Yes! pets are allowed! (weight and/or size restrictions
to be determined by HOA rules). Police, fire, shopping,
medical, parks ... all have all been planned for!! No one |
