Las Vegas neighborhoods ... How the meaning of those words have changed
the last few years! The quality of life, the recreation, the tax-friendly environment,
as well as the business opportunities that abound here, have brought about an
explosion of development and prosperity few cities experience! At my last count,
four new Las Vegas luxury high-rise condominium projects have begun to
alter the skyline! - Turnberry Place, Turnberry Towers, Park Towers, & Platinum!
But even with this fantastic growth, the median sale price of 1,600 sq.ft. homes
for sale in Las Vegas (& greater Las Vegas) still hovers around $200,000!! |

Basically, the greater Las Vegas area (located in Clark
County, Nevada) is comprised of four cities. They are
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Boulder
City. All of these cities have much to offer! What it really
comes down to is deciding if you want to live close to
work, or far away! If you are planning to retire to the Las
Vegas valley, there's no better spot in the U.S to choose
a Retirement Community or raise a family (good thing I'm
not biased!) Below are a few Las Vegas neighborhoods

Las Vegas Master Planned, Retirement, and Gated Communities |
A few neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley are in "Master-Planned" developments, such
as the Hughes Corporation's Summerlin, Del Webb's Anthem, or Del Webb's Sun City Aliante,
which offer a wide range of home prices & architectural styles! Prices go from $150,000
for a Las Vegas condo to millions for the ultimate residence! Many of these master-planned
communities provide a TOTAL package of amenities and services to it's residents including
schools, shopping areas, golf courses, lakes, parks, and recreational areas!! Others can be
"Gated Communities" This can consist of simply an automatic gate - to a 24 hour guard gate
with a private security force with roaming patrols. This includes "over 55" communities too. |
