Condo-Hotel? What is a "condo-hotel"? A condo-hotel allows you to
stay in your suite whenever you wish, and/or participate in a program
that allows management to rent your suite when you are not there! Of
course, the income is usually split around 60% for the owner, and 40%
goes to management. The "split" and other fees vary from project to
project, and also, the amount of days you can stay in your suite may
be limited! Do not confuse this with a "time-share"! You OWN these.

Platinum, Aqua Blue, and the exception - Cosmopolitan, which will
have an "all residences only", area, PLUS a condo-hotel part of the
