An Example

A veteran puts 0% down,
and wants to borrow $100,000.

To determine the "VA Funding Fee" ...

Multiply $100,000 (base loan amount) by 2.00%.

$100,000 x .02 = $2,000 is the "Funding Fee"

Additional Notes

•		Second or next use with less than 5% down requires 3% funding fee.
•		No funding fee is required if you are a disabled veteran.
•		The funding fee may be financed! (included in the total loan!!!)
•		The maximum VA "base loan amount" in Las Vegas is $203,000.
